Arrangement to Pay 

Residents and businesses who are having difficulty paying their rates can apply for financial relief by entering into payment arrangements with Council.  Please complete the form below or call the Rates Team on (02) 9843 0247.

Hardship Assistance

Ratepayers experiencing genuine financial hardship in paying their rates and charges are offered help through negotiated Repayment Plans. Assistance will only be given to residential ratepayers for their principal place of residence.

The ratepayer is required to complete the Rates Financial Hardship Application below and will need to provide evidence in support of their application on request.
