Arrange a certification fee estimate online.

 


 

Step 11.Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate

You can apply to Council or a private Accredited Certifier for this certificate.

 


 

Step 12.Request For Neighbour Information

Use the following form to request a neighbours or adjoining owner's contact details for the following reasons: dividing fences, tree matters, complying development neighbour notification and alteration of house numbers.

Step 2.Tennis Court Hire

The Hills Shire Council's tennis courts can be hired from 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday.

 


 

Step 3.Venue Hire

Check availability or make a booking online for Council operated venues, function rooms, meeting rooms and tennis courts.

 


 

Step 4.Library Fees

For use of public access computers, photocopying, printing, inter-library loan requests, overdue charges, lost or damaged items, room hire and library programs and activities.

 


 

Step 5.Request For Government Information (GIPA)

The NSW Government legislation, the Government Information (Public Access) Act (GIPA) requires Councils to have “Open Access Information” available on their websites so that members of the public can easily access Council documents and information 24 hours a day. For some requests you may be asked to pay a processing fee.

 


 

Step 7.Join Waves Fitness & Aquatic Centre

Membership options including Visit Passes, Fitness (all Areas), Aquatic (Swim, Spa, Sauna & Steam) and Swim (Pools Only).

 


 

Step 8.Cemeteries (Plot Purchase)

Information on purchasing a burial site at Castle Hill and Sackville Cemeteries.

 

Additional payments (for example Hills Community Care Services or Child Care Fees can be made by calling Council's Customer Service on 02 9843 0555 during work hours or by visiting Councils Customer Service Centres in-person.
