Joining the library is free to all NSW residents. Please read the conditions of use before joining.
To join the library please visit one of our library branches in person and follow steps 1-3 listed below. Non-Hills NSW residents must visit a library to join (they cannot join using the online method) and will then be given access to our online library resources.
Residents of the Hills Shire can join the library online for access to eResources only such as eBooks and eAudiobooks (residents of The Hills Shire only). Click here to join the library online.
Two forms of identification are required to join the library. One must include proof of a current NSW address, such as a driver's licence, rates notice or utility account.
Visit one of our library branches to join. Applicants under the age of 18 will be required to fill out a registration form signed by a parent/guardian.
Please note: For anyone under the age of 18 two forms of identification of a parent/guardian must be presented.
