Public Health Act 2010 and Public Health Regulation 2022
Please note: All hairdressing premises which also engage in any skin penetration procedures must be registered with Council.

Before registering your skin penetration business with Council you must have Development Consent to operate the business from your site.
You can get Development Consent through a Development Application or a Complying Development Certificate.
