The Hills Shire Council fully owns and operates five boutique Early Learning Centres limited to only forty children, where 100% of profits are invested back into resources and facilities for our Centres.

Our Centres are rated “Exceeding” or “Meeting” the NSW Education and Care Quality Ratings and The Hills Shire Council is a Child Safe Organisation dedicated to listening to children’s views and committed to our responsibilities in keeping children safe.
