Learn which development applications may no longer be notified and how you can stay informed.
The Development Assessment Unit (DAU) is a committee comprising senior planning staff to determine applications which seek a variation to Council’s Development Control Plan standards and have attracted more than two objections. Applications seeking a variation to LEP or SEPP Standards of between 7% and 10% are also considered.
