The National Relay Service is a telephone service for hearing impaired and deaf people. If you are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service - choose your access option and ask the Relay Officer for The Hills Shire Council on 02 9843 0555.

Foreign Language Aid Interpreter: The Hills Shire Council can assist with the translation of information sent to residents and ratepayers.  Anyone requiring a translation or an interpreter can either visit Council's Administration Centre for assistance or contact the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 and ask an interpreter to call The Hills Shire Council on +61 2 9843 0555 and enquire on their behalf.

Waste Services will continue to operate as normal - book a kerbside clean up on 1800 623 895,  or use the Cleanaway Portal to book a kerbside clean-up, lodge a damaged bin request or report a missed bin.
