Extraordinary Meetings

Occasionally Council holds extraordinary meetings. These are Council meetings held outside the normal meeting cycle most often to consider matters of an urgent nature.

Council's Extraordinary meetings are held in the Council Chamber located on the ground floor of Council's Customer Service and Administration building, 3 Columbia Court, Norwest. Meetings commence at 7pm.
