About Volunteering

Did you know that 1 in 5 Hills residents volunteer?

Each year volunteers with Council and across our community perform a wide range of tasks across many different organisations - each one making a difference in The Hills Shire.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, gain a new skill or to simply try something new and get involved in our community.

The Hills Shire is very fortunate to have a large and dedicated group of volunteers who play a critical role in helping Council provide important services to the community while forming new friendships and learning new skills.

If you would like to devote some of your time to your community and assist others, your help would be greatly appreciated.
