This Orange Blossom Festival season Bella Vista Farm, one of The Hills Shire's most historic landmarks, will be reimagined through light and sound.The whole family will be captivated by ‘Echoes – Luna Light Journey’, an immersive adventure exploring the rich history of the farm, retold through custom soundscapes, light installations and pulsating special effects.

Council will be pleased to provide you with additional recycling or garden organics bins to assist you manage your waste.
Please Note: The garden organics bin (green lid) is not provided to rural properties.
An extra recycling (yellow lid) or garden organics bin (green lid) costs an additional $130* per service, per annum (Please review the latest Resource Recovery Fees and Charges - charges are specified in the 'Resource Recovery' section of the document).
The waste charge will be amended and reflected in an updated rates notice which will be sent to your preferred contact address.
*Please note the fee quoted is only valid between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026 and that fees are subject to review each financial year.
Please note: New and additional bins can only be requested by property owners and managing agents. If you are not the property owner or managing agent, please contact them to discuss your request.
