You can now request library items to be collected from our lockers located at Vinegar Hill Memorial Library at Rouse Hill.

  • When placing a request choose Lockers Rouse Hill as the pick-up location
  • If you need an accessible locker choose Lockers Rouse Hill - Accessible
  • You will receive an SMS and email notification when the item is ready to be collected
  • Click on the link in the SMS or email and a QR code will be displayed
  • Scan the QR code at the locker to open the door and retrieve your library items
  • Close the locker door

Items are held for 72 hours only.

Library card holders can reserve items through the Library catalogue
