You can now request library items to be collected from our 24/7 lockers located at the front of Baulkham Hills Library.

  • When placing a request choose Lockers Baulkham Hills as the pick-up location
  • If you need an accessible locker choose Lockers Baulkham Hills-Accessible
  • You will receive an SMS and email notification when the item is ready to be collected
  • Click on the link in the SMS or email and a QR code will be displayed
  • Scan the QR code at the locker to open the door and retrieve your library items
  • Close the locker door

Items are held for 72 hours only.
Items can be collected at any time that suits you.

Library card holders can reserve items through the Library catalogue
