Vinegar Hill Memorial Library has got it sorted

The library members at the Vinegar Hill Memorial Library, Rouse Hill, can now enjoy an even more efficient and innovative service with the installation of a new sorting machine.
After the positive feedback that accompanied the installation of the new sorting machine at Castle Hill in 2014, the Hills Library Service set its sights on providing Rouse Hill Library with a similar machine.
Mayor of the Hills Shire Andrew Jefferies said that the Library Service had received positive customer feedback following the installation of a more efficient sorting machine.
“The Hills Library Service pays close attention to customer feedback and much effort goes into translating this feedback into positive improvements across the library service,” Mayor Jefferies said.
“Last year saw an adjustment to the library hours at Vinegar Hill Memorial Library and the installation of the new sorting machine at Castle Hill Library in response to customer feedback. Now we have seen the installation of a second sorting machine at Rouse Hill which highlights how valued library members are by their local library service.”
The Vinegar Hill Memorial Library is a popular place for the young and old alike, with customers enjoying a wide variety of services from homework help, get crafty, book club, story times, baby bounce, English conversation classes to author talks and reference training.
“Our local libraries are community hubs that provide services to suit a variety of people across our community from students to young families all the way through to our seniors. The new sorting machine at the Vinegar Hill Memorial Library has contributed to making the library an even more valuable community asset,” Mayor Jefferies said.
