Replacement and repair of damaged bins in managed by our waste collection contractor, Cleanaway. To request a bin replacement or repair, you will need to log in to the Cleanaway portal.

Input your street number and name. Allow some time for your address to be located on the database. Then select your address from the drop-down selection. Then select 'Book Now'. You can also view any previous bookings you have made through the Cleanaway portal by selecting 'Booking history'.
Read the terms and conditions, then to continue with your request, select 'I agree'.
Then select the damage type relevant to the damage to your bin.
Please include any further details that will assist the driver to complete the service, such as instructions on how to find your property. After you have provided your comment, select 'Next'.
Please enter your full name, mobile number and email address in case Cleanaway needs to contact you about the booking. Then read the terms and conditions and select the checkbox.
Once you select 'Submit', your booking will be finalised. To make any changes or to cancel your booking, call the Waste Hotline on 1800 623 895.
Requests are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Bins are delivered to the front of the property within 2 working days once your request has been processed. The bin/s can be used as normal. Any contents will be transferred into your new bin (if one is provided), however, please limit use of your bin/s as much as possible.
Your damaged bin/s must be left continuously out on the kerbside until replacement or repairs have occurred.
