Council's Customer Service Counter is open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Development Applications may only be lodged direct with the NSW Planning Portal. It will no longer be possible to lodge Development Applications direct with Council.
Council is now 'cashless' - As per Council’s exhibited Fees and Charges effective from 1 July 2022, The Hills Shire Council is ‘cashless’. This means that Council no longer accept payments by cash or by cheque at our administration centre and other facilities including libraries. More information and options available here.
