Starting from 4 December 2023, bin collections for around 20,000 households and businesses will change for sections of these suburbs - Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Maraylya, Nelson, Baulkham Hills, Annangrove, Glenorie, Castle Hill, Box Hill, North Kellyville, Beaumont Hills, Norwest, Bella Vista and Glenhaven.
