Like it or not, dealing with difficult people is something we have to face from time-to-time. Wouldn't it be great to recognise the signs faster and defuse the situation before it erupts?
At this workshop you'll learn techniques that will help you to deal with difficult people, manage conflict, and develop tools that will assist you to resolve even the trickiest of situations. You'll also be introduced to emotional intelligence and discover how our behaviour can be hijacked when in stressful situations, and what you can do about it.
