The Sydney Hills Garden Competition

The Sydney Hills Garden Competition is an Orange Blossom Festival Community Event run by the Rotary Club of Hills-Kellyville and supported by The Hills Shire Council.
Gardens are judged by qualified horticulturalists and landscapers.
There are categories for all types of gardens and gardeners in the competition, including:
- Residential gardens
- Town house gardens
- Gardens associated with retirement villages, schools and industrial and commercial complexes.

To be eligible to enter this competition, gardens must be located in The Hills Shire or in the adjoining parts of suburbs including Baulkham Hills, Northmead, North Rocks, Carlingford, West Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Glenhaven, Glenorie, Dural, Galston and Arcadia.
Entries closed on Friday 17 September and judging will take place between 20 and 24 September. The judges will need to visit your garden during this time and you will be advised of the date and estimated time of their visit the previous weekend.
Despite the challenges of the current COVID -19 restrictions the Sydney Garden Competition is scheduled to be held again in 2021 subject to current lockdown restrictions being eased.
If the event is cancelled all entrants will be advised as soon as possible.
