This workshop is designed for business owners who want to understand how to plan for growth, or who have grown during COVID-19 and want to understand how to consolidate their business.

All small businesses are trying to grow and generally end up growing in directions that they did not anticipate. This can create unexpected and uncontrolled outcomes that increase the stress on the owner and the business which doesn't always result in a profit.

When we plan for growth, we are setting realistic expectations about our targets, our clients, and who we are and what we do.

When we know where we are growing, it will increase the business owner's ability to take control of new growth opportunities and make logical, profitable decisions during growth.
