Join Us For The Opening Of Brindle Park Reserve Box Hill

You’re invited to the official opening of Brindle Parkway Reserve, Box Hill on Saturday 15 June from 12pm - 2pm.

The official opening of Box Hill’s first sporting complex is a significant milestone, and will be marked with a plaque unveiling. To celebrate there will be FREE coffee, gelato, face painting, sporting activities and sausage sizzle.

Sporting organisations including Cricket NSW Sydney Thunder, Box Hill Bears Cricket Club and Motiv8 Sports will be running interactive sports activities and Council’s Compliance team will be handing out free custom engraved dog tags.

The brand new reserve features:

  • two rectangular turf playing fields that can be reconfigured into one cricket oval
  • half-court basketball facility
  • two cricket practice nets
  • playground with picnic facilities
  • amenities building with accessible toilets, change rooms and kiosk
  • onsite carpark with 128 spaces and
  • concrete pathways including a perimeter walking loop

There will be a generous but limited supply of gelato, coffee and sausage sandwiches.

Attendees are welcome to bring their dogs under the condition their pets are on a leash at all times.
