This workshop focuses on the importance of establishing HR functions within your business and will cover the HR basics required to support efficiency and growth for your business. 

A Human Resources Plan is important for small business’ looking to develop an organisational structure and plan to support the operational requirements of their business. This workshop is targeted at business owners looking to define their current human resourcing need and define how they are planning to manage those needs.

In this workshop, we will be focusing on:

  • Defining the organisational structure and human resourcing needed to achieve operational goals.
  • Workforce Analysis and Planning Process.
  • Building a plan for: Recruiting, Retaining, and Outsourcing key HR functions.
