Updating Your Postal Address

If your current postal address is different from the address shown on the front of the Rate Notice, please notify us immediately in writing, we cannot accept notifications of change of address over the telephone.

If you have an agent managing your property they may advise us directly in writing on your behalf. The advice must be on a signed agency letterhead, with a copy of page 1 of 2 of the signed 'Exclusive Management Agency Agreement Residential' (short version).
