The NSW Rural Fire Service has declared a Total Fire Ban (TOBAN) for the Greater Sydney Region today (3/10/2023).

This method allows us to debit your bank, credit union or building society account.
Please note that direct debit is not available on all types of bank accounts. If in doubt please refer to your financial institution.
You can set up a direct debit to be quarterly, monthly, fortnightly or a single annual payment.
The amount payable will be automatically deducted from your account on the nominated date.

If you wish to setup direct debit via a credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) please contact the Rates team on 02 9843 0247 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
If you wish to update/change an existing Direct Debit from a bank account please complete a new online form and select 'Set up Direct Debit for Rates'.
If you wish to cancel your Bank Account Direct Debit, please contact the Rates Team on 02 9843 0247 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday or email your request to council@thehills.nsw.gov.au
