Using an Online Form

Step 1.Updating your postal address

If your current postal address is different from the address shown on the front of the Rate Notice, please notify us.

We cannot accept notifications of change of address over the phone.

 

Step 2.If your property is managed by an agent

If you have an agent managing your property they may advise us directly in writing on your behalf.

The advice must be on a signed agency letterhead, with a copy of page 1 of 2 of the signed 'Exclusive Management Agency Agreement Residential' (short version).

Step 4.Next steps?

Confirmation that your address has been updated will be sent to your agent, or to you at your new mailing address.
