The following chemicals can be disposed of at any Household Chemical CleanOut Event:

  • Paint and paint related products
  • Pesticides and herbicides
  • Poisons, solvents and household cleaners
  • Fluorescent globes and tubes
  • Motor oils
  • Fuels and fluids
  • Batteries
  • Gas bottles
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Pool chemicals
  • Acids and alkalis
  • Hobby chemicals
  • X-Ray films

Only household quantities of chemicals are accepted.

When is the next Chemical CleanOut Event?

The next FREE Household Chemical CleanOut event is scheduled for Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December 2024 from 9am - 3:30pm both days at Castle Hill Showground.
