Hills Shire residents now have access to new and improved facilities thanks to two playground upgrades in the Hills Shire – Parsonage Road Reserve and Woodhill Street Reserve, both located in Castle Hill.
Mayor of The Hills Shire Council, Dr Peter Gangemi said he looked forward to seeing residents enjoy the facilities.
“The upgraded playgrounds will offer a great space for kids to play, make friends and most importantly learn and grow,” Mayor Gangemi said.
The upgrades at Parsonage Road Reserve included the installation of new playground equipment such as a climbing frame, double swing set, slide, spinner, echidna rocker and seating.
Woodhill Street Reserve also received new playground equipment including a double swing set, slide, staircase and a noughts and crosses game.
“The playground upgrades are wonderful news for families in Castle Hill,” Mayor Gangemi added.
“These recent upgrades will create family-friendly spaces for all to enjoy.”
