The NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework requires each Council to have a Community Strategic Plan (CSP). The CSP is Council’s highest level document. This strategy outlines how Council engages with the community to review and update the action areas within the CSP.
The strategy incorporates Council Community Participation Plan (CPP). The CPP is a requirement of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and outlines when and how the community can expect to participate in planning matters that affect them.
