Council has resolved to publicly exhibit a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) with respect to land at 55 Coonara Avenue, West Pennant Hills.
Mirvac Projects (Retail and Commercial) Pty Ltd has submitted a VPA offer which proposes that they will make monetary contributions to Council valued at $2 million.
In addition, contributions will be payable at a rate of 1% of the estimated cost of the development under the applicable Section 7.12 Contributions Plan.
The exhibition of the draft VPA is distinct from, and does not impact on, the assessment and determination of the Development Applications for the land.
The draft VPA on exhibition relates only to the public benefit offer and infrastructure contributions to be made by Mirvac Projects (Retail and Commercial) Pty Ltd, should any Development Applications be approved.
