In accordance with Section 1.6 of the Box Hill Development Control Plan 2018, notice is given that Council has received the following advertised development application for which Council is the consent authority.

The application, statement of environmental effects and plans are available for viewing via Council’s Application tracking portal.

 


Proposed Development: Redevelopment of McCall Gardens Community Facility

Property Details: Lot 1 DP 1235252, 10 - 32 Terry Road, Box Hill

Development Application No.: 1057/2021/JP

Applicant: McCall Gardens Community Foundation Limited

Description: Redevelopment of existing community facility including the demolition of day program building, additions to Ross House, restoration of Box Hill House and Nelson Hall and construction of a Disability Support Centre.

The proposal is defined as Integrated Development under the Provisions of Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as approval is required from the Department of Planning (Heritage and Environment) under the Heritage Act 1977 and Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997. The Determining Authority for this Application is the NSW Government's Sydney Central City Planning Panel.

Public Exhibition Period: Monday 8 February 2021 - Thursday 11 March 2021
