In accordance with Section 3.1 of Part A – Introduction of The Hills Development Control Plan 2012, notice is given that Council has received the following advertised development application for which Council is the consent authority. The application, statement of environmental effects and plans are available for viewing via Council’s Online DA Tracking System.


Proposed Development: Concept Master Plan and Civil Works Development Application for 418 dwellings (166 dwelling houses and 252 apartments) and associated internal road and superlot arrangement, and Civil Works including tree removal, earthworks and new road construction. This application has been lodged concurrently with the Southern Housing Precinct DA 859/2022/JP, and the Apartments Precinct DA 861/2022/JP for the site.

The Development Application is classified as 'Nominated Integrated Development' pursuant to Clause 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requiring referral to the NSW Natural Resource Access Regulator under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000. The Development Application is classified as Threatened Species Development under Clause 7.7 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. The Determining Authority for this application is the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
