Development Description:

Section 4.56 Modification to an Approved Seniors Living Development. The changes include but are not limited to, internal roads, redesign of dwellings, addition of a community centre building, amended staging and associated changes.

The Development Application is classified as Nominated Integrated Development pursuant to Clause 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 requiring referral to the Department of Planning and Environment - Water under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000 and is Integrated Development to the NSW Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act, 1997.
