Construction Schedule
Works commenced mid-September 2024 and will be completed Mid April 2025 (weather permitting).
Some areas of the current playground outside the construction zone will need to be closed off periodically for the work to be completed. However, Council aims to minimise the impact on visitors' enjoyment by keeping parts of the existing play areas, including the water play area, open for as much time as possible during the construction period.
Below is the construction area to be closed for the duration of the works.
Alternative Play Areas
Nearby facilities include Samantha Riley Drive Reserve Playground, Golden Grove Reserve, Duncraig Drive Reserve, and Ted Pike Reserve, all within 800 metres of Livvi's Place Playground.
An alternative water park is available at Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre in Baulkham Hills.
