A planning proposal to facilitate a landmark apartment development up to 18 storeys on Lot 101 DP 1146629, 51 Old Castle Hill Road, Castle Hill (known as the Pennant Street Target Site) is currently on exhibition.

The planning proposal seeks to increase the maximum building height on the site from 16m to 54m and increase floor space ratio from 0.8:1 to 5.5:1.

The planning proposal is supported by site specific development controls which seek to ensure a high quality built form that is integrated with the surrounding development as well as open space and a through site connection from Gay Street to Pennant Street.

Public Exhibition Period: Tuesday, 20 January 2015 to Friday, 6 February 2015.
