The Hills Shire Wide Section 94A Contributions Plan (Amendment No. 1)

The aim of the amendment is to improve the operation of the plan.

The amendments include:

• Clarifying the role of accredited certifiers and the timing of payment of levies with regard to complying development;
• Increasing the threshold for the requirement of a registered quantity surveyor to complete a cost summary report;
• Updating the schedule of works to address the cost of existing items and to include new items;
• Inclusion of the Windsor Road Precinct within the Baulkham Hills Town Centre; and
• Minor typographical amendments and formatting.
