Draft Master Plan – Fred Caterson Reserve, Castle Hill

Council at its meeting on 28 July, 2020 resolved to place on Public Exhibition the Draft Master Plan for Fred Caterson Reserve.

The Master Plan has been prepared to represent a long term vision for Fred Caterson Reserve. The site is already home to the greater Hills community and will further become a primary sports and recreation space for the new Showground precinct of 22,000 residents.

The Draft Master Plan is now on exhibition and available for inspection on this page and at the following locations:

• Customer Service Centre of Council’s Administration Complex: 3 Columbia Court, Norwest (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm).
• Council’s Library: Corner of Castle Street and Pennant Street, Castle Hill (Monday – Friday 9:30am – 8pm, Saturday 9:30am – 5pm and Sunday 1pm – 5pm).

SUBMISSIONS: Residents are invited to provide a written submission by either:

• Completing the online submission from Council’s website (below), or
• Mailing your submission to the General Manager, The Hills Shire Council, PO Box 7064 NORWEST  NSW  2153
