Proposed Change to the Code of Meeting Practice

Council resolved on 27 March 2018 to propose a change to the Code of Meeting Practice.

It is proposed to amend the Code of Meeting Practice by modifying Clause 5.1 – Notices of Motion to the following:

Notices of Motion in writing are to be received by the General Manager not later than 12.00 noon on the Tuesday preceding such meetings and in the case of Extraordinary meetings, by 12.00 noon at least five (5) working days before such meeting.

Public comment is invited in respect of this proposed change.
