Council has received Gateway Determination to proceed with a planning proposal applying to land at 328 - 334 Annangrove Road (Lot 34 DP834050 and Lots 12 and 13 DP833069). The planning proposal seeks to enable a commercial development outcome comprising approximately 60,000m2 of bulky goods floor space.
The planning proposal seeks to amend Schedule 1 of The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 to include Bulky Goods as an additional permitted use. Delegation for making of the amendment has been issued to Council under the Gateway Determination.
