Draft Landscape Master Plan - Kenthurst Park Reserve

Council has allocated funding from its 2015/16 Capital Works Program to undertake design and investigation that will facilitate the approval of the Kenthurst Park Draft Landscape Master Plan at Roughley Road, Kenthurst.

In order to cater for future urban growth and Council’s on-going needs, The Hills Shire Council has determined that the Kenthurst Master Plan will include:

  • Extension’s to the east and west of the southern field allowing for multiuse sports - soccer and cricket;
  • Two upgraded tennis courts;
  • Two all-weather surfaced ball-courts; 
  • Upgrade of public amenities/change rooms and kiosk, storage and a meeting room;
  • Staged upgrade to car park allowing for 100 Cars;
  • Lighting for fields, tennis courts and ball courts; 
  • Up-grade playground, a shared pedestrian/cycling trail that links the park to street frontage, barbeques and picnic shelters;
  • Environmental controls including a Bioswale System and a Water Reuse System.
