The planning proposal (6/2013/PLP) seeks to increase the maximum building height applying to residential locations within Rouse Hill Regional Centre under The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012. This includes heights to 21 metres on certain land at Bellcast Road and Caddies Boulevard and heights to 12.5 metres on certain land at Caballo Street.
Please note Council is currently exhibiting further planning changes to the commercial precincts within Rouse Hill Regional Centre (Planning Proposal 3/2013/PLP) and draft Development Control Plan Amendments (FP28).
