Council has received Gateway Determination to proceed with a planning proposal to amend The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 as it relates to land at the following properties:
The proposal seeks to rezone a portion of these properties from B6 Enterprise Corridor to SP2 Infrastructure (Local Road Widening) for the purpose of the bridge connection over Smalls Creek between Ross Place and Edwards Road. Delegation for making of the amendment has been issued to Council under the Gateway Determination.
To support the planning proposal, draft amendments to The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 have been prepared to reflect the proposed road layout changes.
