Submissions Close 31 August 2018
Council received a Gateway Determination on 18 July 2018 to proceed with a Planning Proposal relating to land within ‘Precinct B’ of the Box Hill North Precinct, Box Hill.
The proposed amendments seek to redistribute areas of R3 Medium Density Residential and R4 High Density Residential zoned land within ‘Precinct B’. The proposal seeks to ‘swap’ the location of some medium density and high density residential land, with the total of each land use zone within the Precinct remaining unchanged.
Delegation for making of the LEP has been issued to Council under the Gateway Determination.
