Council resolved at its meeting on 13 June 2017 that amendments to Contributions Plan No.15 – Box Hill Precinct be exhibited in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and then be forwarded to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal for endorsement.
Contribution Plan No.15 enables Council to levy new development in the Box Hill Precinct for the cost of providing local infrastructure required to support growth.
The proposed amendments update the Plan to reflect increased land prices, amendments to the alignment of Mt Carmel Road and the revision of concept designs for intersections along Terry Road.
The amendments also address recommendations made by IPART as part of their review of CP15 in 2016.
