To celebrate Youth Week 10-18 April 2010, The Hills Shire Library conducted a photography competition with the theme LIVE IT NOW IN THE HILLS.

21 competitors entered a total of 63 entries across two categories 12-17 years and 18-24 Years and these were exhibited in the Vinegar Hill Memorial Library Exhibition Space. There were 11 prizes awarded – 1st Prize and 4 Runners Up in each category as well as a People’s Choice Award.
