Get on your bike, your scooter or come along on foot for The Hills Shire Council’s first ever “Active Community Day” to launch our exciting Tracks and Trails program.
The event will be held on Saturday 18 September at Bernie Mullane, Marella Ave in Kellyville and as part of the celebrations for National Bike Week.
Council’s Tracks and Trails program is desired to get people out, be active and use the many beautiful green open spaces available in the Sydney Hills.
“Our Garden Shire boasts a range of fantastic recreation locations including great cycleways and walking tracks for the whole family to enjoy,” Mayor Dimbrowsky said.
“The “Active Community Day” is all about encouraging community usage of these spaces.”
It is also the location of Council’s award winning All Accessible Playground, with a paved walking track surrounding the reserve and lake.

Make a day of it with all the family by bringing along a picnic lunch and make use of all the recreation space in this great location.
