Draft Management Plan 2009-2013
The Draft Management Plan 2009 – 2013 consists of the Draft Budget and Long Term Financial Plan, 10 year Draft Works Program, the Hills 2026 Integrated Strategy and the Hills 2026 Delivery Program.
The Integrated Strategy outlines how Council will address the need for services and facilites over the next four years and is supported by the Long Term Financial Plan. Together, these two documents guide the development of Council's annual Delivery Program, Budget and Works Program.

Engaging our Community
Ultimately all that Council does will affect you. This is why Council considers the contribution of our community to be vital in the development of our plans and budget. Each year Council conducts a survey to keep in touch with the needs and aspirations of our community. This is done through our Annual Community Survey and Focus Groups.
