Local Band Nights and Band Events/Nights are held on a regular basis.

Band events contain various genres and organisers try to accommodate all tastes for music. The band events are fun and exciting for everybody. The main objective of the event is to showcase the great musical talents of the youth in the Shire area as well as providing a safe place for young people to listen to their favourite bands.  

The band nights are conducted in a safe environment with security and staff members present. If your parents or guardians have any queries please contact the Civic Events Team on 9843 0190 or email events@thehills.nsw.gov.au

Band/Performer/Artist Registration

HYPE supports local bands, performers and artists by offering opportunities to perform and display work publicly at festivals and events. These include twice yearly at HYPE Festival and  Band Nights. In addition to this, regular film showings and art exhibitions are held throughout the Shire.

Registering yourself or your band / group means you are eligible to perform at HYPE events as well as being kept up-to-date on opportunities. To be eligible for HYPE Fest and Band Nights you must include a demo with your registration.
