The park includes a junior cricket ground, Ellerman Memorial Garden, public toilets, picnic facilities and electric BBQ. The park has on site parking and is also home to the Dural Library and an Indoor Sports Centre.
Ellerman Park is also home to the Endangered Ecological Community, Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest, home to many native plants and animals.
Walking Paths are located throughout the bushland area with a gentle grade. Most of the paths are formed concrete paths and is suitable for most skill levels.
