Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct sets the minimum requirements of behaviour for Council officials in carrying out their functions. Council has adopted the Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils in NSW (August 2009) prepared by the Department of Local Government. The Department released new guidelines in October 2008.

Community Land Register
Under Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council must classify all public land that it owns or manages. Council's Community Land Register details all properties that have been classified as "Community", including such details as current leases, improvements on the land and the zoning.
