Report or Request (Online Forms)

Council has a selection of online request and report forms available here. These will be automatically distributed to the responsible Council team for action (you will receive an acknowledgment of your request via return email).  

The lodging of these online forms is however NOT for urgent matters or emergency situations relating to roads, drainage, trees or a community facility. In these cases please call +61 2 9843 0555 (during business hours) or our After Hours Emergency Numbers (see above).

Foreign Language Aid Interpreter: The Hills Shire Council can assist with the translation of information sent to residents and ratepayers.  Anyone requiring a translation or an interpreter can either visit Council's Administration Centre for assistance or contact the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 and ask an interpreter to call The Hills Shire Council on +61 2 9843 0555 and enquire on their behalf.
