Access Council's Customer E-Request System HERE to lodge an online service request that will be automatically distributed to the responsible Council team for action (you will receive an acknowledgment of your request via return email).
The lodging of e-requests using the on-line service is therefore NOT for urgent matters, emergencies or dangerous situations. In these cases please call (02) 9843 0555 (during business hours) or our After Hours Emergency Numbers.

National Relay Service (TTY phone)
The National Relay Service is a telephone service for hearing impaired and deaf people. Callers who are deaf, have a hearing or a speech impediment may call The Hills Shire Council by dialling (02) 8850 5622.

Foreign Language Aid Interpreter: The Hills Shire Council can assist with the translation of information sent to residents and ratepayers. Anyone requiring a translation or an interpreter can either visit Council's Administration Centre for assistance or contact the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 and ask an interpreter to call The Hills Shire Council on 9843 0555 and enquire on their behalf.
