Access Council's Customer E-Request System HERE to lodge an online service request that will be automatically distributed to the responsible Council team for action (you will receive an acknowledgment of your request via return email).

The lodging of e-requests using the on-line service is therefore NOT for urgent matters, emergencies or dangerous situations. In these cases please call +61 2 9843 0555 (during business hours) or our After Hours Emergency Numbers.

By Rail - the nearest Railway station is Pennant Hills, then transfer to bus.

By Bus - Metro bus (M60) departs from Pennant Hills Railway Station every 10 minutes for Castle Towers, Castle Hill, then transfer to local bus. Local bus departs from Terminus St, (outside Castle Towers) to corner of Showground Road & Carrington Road.

By Car - Entrance via Carrington Road Castle Hill, please use the Council visitor car park as marked on the map below.

Foreign Language Aid Interpreter: The Hills Shire Council can assist with the translation of information sent to residents and ratepayers.  Anyone requiring a translation or an interpreter can either visit Council's Administration Centre for assistance or contact the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 and ask an interpreter to call The Hills Shire Council on +61 2 9843 0555 and enquire on their behalf. 

 

Justice of the Peace:

Justices of the Peace are available at the Council Administrative Building, 129 Showground Road, Castle Hill on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am – 2pm no bookings necessary.
